GritStone CrossFit is a 4000+ square-foot training facility located conveniently in Ashton-Under-Lyne. We have a large, well equipped gym where we combine aerobic conditioning, weight training and the fundamentals of gymnastics, to build strong and healthy athletes from the ground up! Our head coach, Richard, has a wealth of experience coaching our fitness newbies all the way to international athletes, and he himself competes around the world and is ready to share his experience. We have children who are starting to play sport, and those who thought their sporting days were over – not anymore! All ages and abilities are catered for.
