CrossFit Tyneside was opened by Coach Jordan Wallace in 2009. The box started out in a unit in Benton, North Tyneside, with only a few members and very few ladies! We built up our community over the next 2 years introducing new members to CrossFit every week until early in 2012 when we outgrew our space and moved to our Newcastle City centre location. Since then we have grown our family, added new coaches to the team which allows us to spread the word of the sport of fitness to as many people as we can! Our community is still growing!
